Delivery and Shipping

All packages are sent by unrecorded Royal Mail, unless otherwise requested. Local pickup is available. Delivery times depend on the service selected and destination country. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate.

Delivery in the United Kingdom

Local pickup is available in Glasgow City.
For items sent within the United Kingdom postage charge depends on how big the purchase is and whether next day delivery or ordinary delivery is chosen. It varies from £1.50 for earrings to £3 for bigger purchases. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. In the event that a requested item is not in stock you will be notified immediately.

International Delivery

International orders to Europe will be sent at a cost varying between £2 and £3.
For all other countries it will be from £2.50 to £3.50.
Please note that postage costs do not include possible custom charges for your country.

Please note

If an order is requested to be sent by recorded delivery at an extra cost, deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel or it may be returned to us. In these circumstances delivery charges will be non-refundable and a second charge will be made for re-delivery.

Delivery Times:

Royal Mail statistics claim that their 1st Class service delivers 92% of items the next working day, however please allow up to 10 working days (two weeks). We are unable to "chase" your delivery before this time is up unfortunately, Royal Mail ask us to wait the full 10 days before offering to compensate for non-delivery in any way.

Once items are posted, they are then in the hands of Royal Mail service, and as such, we are not directly responsible for any loss or damage to your item - obviously we will do our best to help out though!

Orders

Once you have placed an order, an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order will be sent. Please ensure that your email, contact address and telephone information that you provide is correct.

Once confirmation of payment will be received, dispatch of your order should be accomplished within 3 working days.

Payments

Payments are made using PayPal, where you can pay for products from Dream Beads online using your credit/debit card or using a PayPal account, Cheque or Bank transfer.

Pay Pal:

If you wish to pay by Pay Pal or credit/debit card, please choose this option during the checkout. We accept PayPal and most major credit and debit cards (including Visa Electron, Solo and American Express) for online orders. You will be asked to enter your Pay Pal account OR card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect or our website will display an error message should an internet order not complete fully.

If PayPal has rejected your credit/debit card payment, we will be unable to process your order and will notify you of this.

Cheque:

If you wish to pay by cheque, please choose this option during the checkout. Once you have confirmed the products you require are in stock and available for purchase, all you have to do is fill out a cheque made payable to Dream Beads for the full value of the goods (including postage charges) and pop it in an envelope along with: - A note detailing your cheque guarantee-card details (all details shown on the front of the card which accompanies the Cheque book being used) - Your name, address, email address and telephone number - Full details of the products you would like to purchase, including finishes, sizes etc.

Internet Banking/Bank Transfers:

To pay by internet banking or bank balance transfer, simply confirm by e-mail that the products you require are in stock. Once product availability has been confirmed, email us for our bank sort code and account numbers (or international payment details for international customers), enter them into the appropriate locations on your internet banking site along with the full value of the products/services you require (including postage) and click `Pay`. Please be aware that when paying by this method you must e-mail us to confirm your name, address, telephone number and the products you wish to receive. Please allow around 3-4 working days for the transaction to be processed and the payment to reach our account. We receive regular updates regarding payments made into our business account, so if a payment is received on a weekday we aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours. This is different for international payments and they may take longer.

Prices

The prices displayed on dreambeads.co.uk are in British pounds, US Dollars and Euro.

Returns and Refunds

We guarantee to exchange any jewellery, or refund your money if you are not completely satisfied within 7 working days of your purchase. Simply email info@dreambeads.co.uk or call on 07530 818433 and return them in the original packaging (box/bag) to Dream Beads, 3/2 ,130 Kelvinhaugh Street, Glasgow, G3 8PP (please note, this is not a shop front) within 21 days of emailing us with notification that you are returning the item.
Please note that this does not apply to earrings unless they are faulty.
However, we must ask you to tell us, within 24 hours, if on arrival the jewellery is faulty.

We will be happy to refund your payment or make an exchange after the items are returned complete and in their original packaging.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or where the wrong item is dispatched, you will have to pay delivery charges and return postage to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items returned by you that are lost in the post. We strongly advise that items are returned by recorded (signed for) delivery. This is to protect you in the event that they are lost by royal mail, as items remain your responsibility until they are returned to us. We cannot accept liability for returned items that are damaged due to inadequate packaging.
